Verda Dozier

Verda Mazelle Gaddy Dozier, 85, of High Point, NC, passed away on Monday, January 7, 2013, at her residence. She was born on February 15, 1927, to the late Thoms and Francis McCoy Gaddy.

Mazelle, as she was affectionately called, was employed with numerous companies throughout her life but later retired from Holiday Inn after many years of service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, William Gaddy and William Gaddy, One sister, Mary Lee Gaddy and A niece, Annette Gaddy Leak.

Mazelle leaves to cherish her memories, one sister, Barbara Gaddy of the home. four nieces, Shearl Gaddy and Vermonica Gaddy both of the home., Pastor Mary (David) Long and Dianne McFadden all of High Point, NC, three nephews, William (Cornelia) McFadden of Hampton, VA, Arthur (Teresa) McFadden of Reidsville, NC and Tony Anthony Gaddy of High Point, NC, a special great-niece and nephew, Sheila Gaddy and Jerry Bailey both of the home, there are other loved ones and many friends.
