Torrey Jenkins

On Friday, November 2, 2018, Torrey Lamont Jenkins, age 40 passed away suddenly.

Torrey was born in High Point on March 24, 1978 to Emma Jenkins and Charlie Stanback Jr.  A resident of High Point all his life, Torrey attend High Point public schools.  You would always find Torrey laughing and smiling.  He was a loved his children and was a very outgoing person.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Stanback Jr.; maternal grandparents, Mr. James and Mrs. Bessie Jenkins and his paternal grandfather, Charlie Stanback Sr.

Torrey will be remembered by his children, Dontrell, Lattoria, Shaniya, Tiana, Torrey Jr. and Sincere and KayLee Jenkins; his loving mother, Emma Jenkins of High Point, NC; one brother, Antonio Jenkins of High Point, NC; seven half siblings; paternal grandmother, Darsena Stanback of Rockingham, NC; his  caring aunt, Dot Oliver of High Point, NC; two special cousins reared like siblings, Keya Oliver and Chris Oliver; a host of other family and caring friends.
