Tonya Williams - Pemberton

Tonya Beatrice Pemberton, age 55, passed on Friday, September 15, 2023.

Tonya was born on July 2, 1968, in High Point, NC to Henry Lee and Louse Williams.  She graduated from High Point Central High School, class of 1986.

She was preceded in death in death by her parents, Henry Lee and Loise Williams; one brother, Michael Christoper Williams, and one sister Gloria Denise Williams.

Tonya is survived by her husband, Ronnie “Pem” Pemberton; two daughters, Ericka and Taisha Williams; her twin brother, Tony (Debbie) Williams; one sister, Teresa “Peaches” Williams; her oldest brother, Henry Lee (Arlene) Williams Jr.; youngest brother, Iziah (Tina) Williams; grandchildren, Armonie (Jade)Williams, Jahmarian Williams, Tasiah Jenkins, Bradley Jenkins Jr. and Lyric Jenkins; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, friends; two special friends, Jeanette (Byrd) Palmer and Dena Harrigton.

Tonya will be remembered for her funny and energetic soul.  Her comedic jokes were always the spotlight on every encounter.  She loved and cherished every person she met.  Tonya loved spending every moment her grandchildren, she was their “Nana.”

She will be truly missed.
