Mrs. Sandra Baker Smith, 73, passed away on February 19, 2019, at the Meridian Center in High Point, NC. She was born in Franklin County, NC on November 6, 1946, to Harold Baker and Lalia Oakley. A resident of Raleigh, NC. Sandra was previously employed as a nurse in a local mental hospital until declining health. She is survived by her family.
