Sally Jane Moore, 49, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at Wake Forest Baptist Health High Point Medical Center, she was born on April 23, 1969, to Haywood Junior Moore and Lucille Everett in Montgomery County, NC. A resident of High Point, NC most of her life, she will truly be missed by her son, mother, sisters, brothers and other relatives and friends.
