Mrs. Rosa Lee Brunson Robinson peacefully and quietly departed from her earthly living at Westchester Manor. She was the daughter of the late Rigsby Johnson and Anna Johnson White. Mrs. Robinson was born in Manning, SC. She was raised in a Christian home with one other sibling, the late Oree Strokes. Mrs. Robinson came to North Carolina at an early age. She was educated in the public schools in Thomasville, NC. She later relocated to High Point, NC. Mrs. Robinson retired from employment in 1980 to enjoy the fruits of her labor. She was united in a happy and loving marriage to Mr. James Robinson in 1970 until his death in 2009. Mrs. Robinson was a beautiful, confident and intelligent woman. She was also very loving, compassionate and a caring person. She had a kind word and friendly smile for all with whom she came in contact. Her personality exuberated love, cheer and patience. She was a Christian woman who loved the Lord, Jesus Christ. She read the newspaper and bible daily until her health made her unable to continue. She was a member of the Memorial United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by all her siblings. Surviving relatives include her daughter, Leona (Bobby) Dye of Lexington, NC, daughter, Ethel (Clarence) McCluney of Kernersville, NC; son, Harry Robinson of High Point, NC; nine grandchildren, and great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Visits: 19
