Rosa Hodge

Mrs. Rosa Lee Fate Hodge, age 66, of High Point, NC passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Meridian Center. She was born February, 14, 1949 in Lamar, SC, a daughter of Hazel Fate and Jamie Mae Fate. Rosa relocated to High Point in 1990 and was married to the late Jim Hodge. She was a member of High Point Deliverance Center where she served as a church mother and was a true caregiver. Rosa enjoyed singing in the gospel choir, sharing time with her family and friends, and helping others. In addition to her parents and husband, Rosa was also preceded in death ; two sisters Maxine Fate and Jeanette Fate; two brothers, Sylvester Fate and Hazel Fate Jr. She leaves behind to cherish her memories, three sons, Clarence Fate of Lexington, NC, Tyrone (Sharonda) Fate of High Point, NC and James (Angie) Fate of Lexington, NC; four daughters, Patricia Fate of High Point, NC, Sharon (Eddie) Dargan of Lamar, SC; Keisha Fate of Lexington, NC and Azzette Fate of High Point, NC; twenty-nine grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; one aunt, Mary Durant; one uncle, George Bruce; a host of nephews, nieces, many other relatives and friends, although not named you where very special to her.
