Robert Holloman

Robert Lee Holloman, age 69, passed away on April 20, 2024. Robert was born in Darlington SC on July 25, 1956, and grew up in Thomasville, NC. 

He attended Thomasville High School, class of 1975. Robert was an amazing athlete, becoming a paraplegic from pole vaulting for school. 

Robert enjoyed watching the news, enjoyed learning about the latest technology and any family engagement. Robert will always be remembered for his pure heart and giving soul.

Mr. Holloman is survived by one brother, Ronnie Holloman of High Point and two sisters, Sarah Ann Holloman of Thomasville and Gerlene Holloman of High Point; three nieces, Toria Holloman, who cared for Robert for almost 30 years, Miranda Holloman and Kaylia Holloman; two nephews, Derrick Holloman and Johnathan Holloman along with numerous great nieces and nephews. Kendall Harvin, who was also a caregiver to Robert, Kyara Holloman, Cameron Peoples Holloman, and Camora Peake Holloman.

Mr. Holloman was preceded in death by his parents, Dora and Early Holloman; stepfather, Charles Tate, one sister Earlene Bell and a nephew, Fredrick Holloman.
