Raymond Mace

Mr. Raymond Mace, age 69 departed this earthly on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Hospice Home at High Point.

He was born October 9, 1948 in Dillon, SC to the late Mr. Casper and Mrs. Florida Baker Mace.

Raymond was united in holy matrimony to Dolly Dixon Mace for 44 years.  He was a Sunday school teacher at Living Water Baptist Church when the church was located on Revina Lane in High Point.  Raymond was retired after 32 years faithful and dependable work at Valspar in High Point, NC.

In addition to his parents, Raymond was also preceded in death by one brother and a sister, Willie L. Mace and Christine Mace.

He leaves to cherish his memories to his loving and faithful wife, Dolly Mace of the home; five siblings, Alberta Clark of Hempstead, NY, Clara Legette of Mullins, SC, Cora Wheeler, Carnell (Gloria) Mace and Deborah Ann and Maston McCollum all of Dillon, SC; forty-one nieces and nephews; in-laws, James and Barbara Ann Wheeler of Winter Haven, FL, Fred and Martha Wheeler of High Point, NC, Daniel and Barbara Mosley of Cocoa, FL, David and Louvenia Godbolt of High Point, NC; a special niece, Selina Godbolt; a host of other family and friends.
