Pressie Lee Lyles was born in Marlboro County, SC, in 1950 to Preston Mcduffie and Mary London McDuffie, on February 14, 1950. She was the oldest child of 10 children. Pressie was a resident of High Point, NC for 47 years and a dedicated witness of Jehovah for 34 years. She was the owner and operator of Ultimate Designs. She was preceded in death by one son, Preston Lamont Lyles and her father, Preston McDuffie
Surviving is her husband of 38 years, John C. Lyles of the home; her mother of High Point, NC, one daughter, Sirritha (Billy) Brown of Charlotte, NC, three sons, John K. Lyles, Clifton D. Lyles and Stanthony (Elizabeth) Lyles all of High Point, NC, four brothers, Preston McDuffie ,Rocky McDuffie and Grip McDuffie all of High Point, NC; six sisters, Mary Barrier, Minnie (Clarence) Staton ,Rosa (Sam) Billie and Robbie (Tim) Blue all of High Point, NC, Louise McDuffie of Brooklyn, NY and Sharon (Wilson) D'Antignac of Jacksonville; 13 grandchildren; five great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
