Patricia Baldwin

Mrs. Patricia Ann Ford Baldwin departed this earthly life on Sunday, August 7, 2022, at WFBMC in High Point Medical Center. God sent His angel from heaven to ease her pain and suffering. “Pat,” as she was known to family and friends, was born on June 26, 1960, in Dillon, SC. She was the daughter of the late James Donald Ford and Mary Lee Williamson Ford. Pat was a previous resident of Thomasville, NC, and she later relocated to High Point, NC. She graduated from High Point Central High School with the class of 1978. She was an active participant in basketball and softball teams. Pat was a hard worker and had a strong work ethic throughout her life. She worked for a Hosiery Mill Company for many years until her health declined in 2012. Pat was a wonderful mother, sister, grandmother, confidante, provider, and faithful believer in the Lord. In addition to her parents, James Donald Ford and Mary Lee Williamson Ford, Pat was also preceded in death by four brothers, James Author, Cleveland Ford, Jimmy Williamson, and Willie Ford; one sister, Denise Ford; and her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Floreen Williamson. She leaves to cherish loving memories: husband, Waver Doster, Jr., of High Point; only son, Marcus Rashad Ford; one sister, Doris Ford of High Point; one brother, Jerry Ford of Los Angeles; two grandsons, Jalen Ford and Jyree Ford; one granddaughter, Amori Ford; three nephews, Jerome, Dominique, and Camron; one niece, Tiffany; three great-grandchildren; a special friend, LaToya Grace; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
