Norma Strawberry

Norma Elaine Little Strawberry, 75, of 520 Radford Street, departed this life at her residence on November 12, 2006.

Mrs. Strawberry was born on February 21, 1931, in Wadesboro, NC, a daughter of Reverend Julius A. Little and Alice Fountain Little. She was a resident of High Point, NC most of her life and was a retired schoolteacher with the High Point City Schools.

Her husband, Johnny Strawberry, her parents, her son and two brothers preceded her in death. She was a member of First Baptist Church but attended Solid Rock Baptist Church after her health declined.

Surviving to cherish precious memories are two daughters, Phyllis (Charles) Means of the home and Vicky (Maurice) Medley of Clinton, MD, four sisters, Anna Belle Creft of High Point, NC, Helen Garner of Durham, NC, Wilhelmina (Herbert) Flowers of Lanham, MD and Mildred Duboise of Pensacola, FL, four grandchildren, Marshika and Maurice Medley Jr., Monica and Michael Thompson, five great grandchildren, a special friend, William "Bill" Moore and a host if nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
