Minnie Arletha Johnson

Mrs. Minnie Johnson, 74, of High Point was called to her final resting place on Friday, December 29, 2023, at High Point Regional Hospital in High Point.

Minnie was born October 27, 1949, in Fayetteville, North Carolina, to the late Will Davis and Lillie Bell McMillian McClean in Fayetteville, NC. She was a resident of High Point most of her life.

Minnie was loved by family and many friends. She always kept a smile on her face. She was a kind-hearted person with a beautiful spirit. She was known for her good cooking. Minnie was the heart of her family. She loved spending time with her family and friends but especially her beautiful grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, two sisters Emma Lee Wilson and Bertha Lee Moore, two brothers James Arthur McMillian and Frank Allen McClean Jr., two infant sons and one daughter Renee Cobb.

Left to cherish her loving memories are her loving and devoted husband, Clifford Johnson of High Point, two amazing daughters, Teresa Cobb and Ann (Johnny) Chandler both of High Point, Two young ladies she loved like daughters Jakima (Larry) Ledbetter and Mary Williams of High Point, a step-son Jamar (Toriano) Lee of High Point, a brother Willie (Carlene) Davis of Thomasville and a sister Doretha (Minister Carnell) Lyles of Archdale, ten grandchildren, Travis (Unique) Cobb, Brandon Cobb, Jason Cobb, Saquina Cobb, Brittany Cobb, Antinina Cobb, Tory Cobb, Gena Wright, Breeanna Mack and Markus Anthony all of High Point, twenty-four great-grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
