Minister Teresa Renee Legette

Minister Teresa Renee Legette, daughter of the late Dorothy Pickett and the late Pastor Leroy McIntyre. She was born on August 3, 1962, in High Point, NC. She moved to New York with her mother along with her three siblings Charles Alston, Tony Alston and the late Laverne Alston Jamison. Upon returning to High Point, NC, Teresa graduated from Ragsdale High School and then furthered her education at North Carolina A&T State University. Teresa was very fashionable and well-kept. She enjoyed shopping with her daughter, laughing, spending time with her family, reading, singing, cooking, attending family events, preaching, and hearing the word of God. She also enjoyed wedding planning. She owned and operated a wedding service which she named Joyous Wedding Occasions. Teresa was united in holy matrimony to James E. Legette for 24 years. To this blessed union was given three children, Kenneth D. Gordon, Kejuan D. France, and Justina N. Legette, followed by six beautiful grandchildren whom she loved dearly. She is also loved by her paternal siblings and their spouses, her in-laws and other family.
