Lizzie Marley

Mrs. Lizzie Mae Lilly Marley, age 90 of High Point, NC went home to be the Lord  on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at High Point Regional Health System.  She was born March 31, 1927 in Montgomery County, NC to the late Tommy Lilly and Alice Rush Lilly.

Lizzie attended Montgomery Public Schools.  She was married to the late Thurman Marley.  Lizzie was a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Betty Thomas; two brothers, Richard Talbert and Robert Talbert; sisters in law, Betty McLean and Cora Lenord.

Leaving to cherish her memories are her sisters, Geraldine Haywood and Leacy Johnson; nieces, Sharon Haywood, Nancy Bradly, and Dorsena Little; nephews, Lamont Haywood, Jeremiah McLean and Christopher McLean; special friends, Francine and Evelyn; cousins, other relatives, and members of her church family at Solid Rock Baptist.
