Linda "Tasha" Waldo

On September 9, 2017 Heaven welcomed another angel, our beloved Tasha. Tasha was born on July, 10, 1969 in Queens, NY.  She attended New York City Public schools.  She previously worked in the hotel/hospitality industry prior to relocating to High Point, NC in 1992.  Tasha was a fun-loving, kind and compassionate person who never met a stranger.   She was a caring friend who would offer her last dime if you needed it. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, listening to music, attending church, and most of all cooking.

Tasha was preceded in death by her father, Clinton Beckum, and grandparents, Ellis and Minnie Waldo.

Left to cherish her memories includes: mother, Linda Manning of High Point, NC; brother, Louis (Stephanie) Dessasau of Thomasville, NC; nieces Shamira and Saamiah; nephews, Luqman, Pedro, Jonathan, Andre, DeAngelo, and Zachariah; great niece, Amira; special long time friend, Anthony "Len" Harris; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.
