Linda Pemberton

Linda Bernice Pemberton, age 59 of High Point, NC, went home to be with her heavenly father on Saturday, June 19, 2021, at Hospice Home of High Point, NC.

Linda was born January 1, 1962, to the late Lacy Pemberton Sr. and Bernice Threadgill Pemberton in High Point, NC.

Linda was a 1980 graduate of Southwest Guilford High School. She worked for many years in the manufacturing industry with Davis Furniture being her last employer before her health began to decline.

Linda was devoted to her family, church and friends, her heart’s desire was always to help others.

Linda was preceded in death by her father and four brothers, Ronald, Richard, Glenn & Lacy Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Bernice T. Pemberton; two daughters, Tacoya (Frank) and Semone Pemberton all of High Point NC; two sisters, Vanessa Medley and Claudia (Grady) Johnson both of High Point, NC; one brother, William (Robin) Mathis of Charleston SC;  three granddaughters, Imani Pemberton, Asani Smith and Zariah Hicklin all of High Poin,t NC; one great grandson, Derrick Welch Jr. of High Point, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
