Lee Pittman

Lee A. Pittman, 74 known as “Rabbit,” passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 15, 2017.

He was born February 16, 1943 in Marietta, NC to Grady and Annie Lee Williams Pittman.  He graduated from Rosenwald Fairmont High School.  He graduated from Truck Driving School in Indiana.  He retired from Bevan Funnell Company and later became employed with R & R Trucking Company.  Lee loved going to the drag strip and hanging out with his buddies.

Lee leaves to cherish his loving and fond memories to his wife of 47 years, Deorphia Walker Pittman; four daughters, Captain Rolona Brown, US Army, of Fort Eustis, VA, Lea “Nikki” Brown, Dedra Pittman and LeKisha Pittman all of High Point; three sons, Larry (Delores) Bridgette of Brooklyn, NY, Dwayne (Tamara) Brown of Kernersville and Ira (Kim) Brown of Brown Summit; one sister, Faye (Jessie) Edwards of Marietta, NC; five grandchildren, two great grandchildren; one aunt, nieces, nephews, cousins, who he loved and friends.
