Larcenia McCoy was born in Eastwood, NC on October 27, 1941 to the late Linwood Kiniel and Edith Morrison Kiniel. God sent his angels to her home on July 31, 2018. She was called to eternal rest at the age of 76. "Cene," as she was called by many will be greatly missed by her beautiful smile, loving spirit and a warm welcome toward everyone that she met. A resident of High Point, NC for 58 years, she was a faithful employee and was employed by Burlington Industries until retirement. She also was a faithful member of Williams Memorial CME for over 50 years, she was a dedicated member of the usher board, a leader towards the junior ushers, missionary board and stewardess for many years.
Larcenia was preceded in death by her husband; Alton McCoy Sr., three sisters; Jacqueline Hargrave, Juanita Russell and Collen Terry; three brothers; Bishop Lyn Kiniel, Anda Kiniel and Quinzel Kiniel.
Those left to cherish precious memories are four daughters; Benith Long, Fonda Key (Cedric) of Winston Salem; Nicole Abass (Isiaq) and Avis Washington ( Robert) both of High Point, NC; three sons; Rudolph Hunter Jr. (Jackie) of San Diego, CA; John McCoy (Beverly) of High Point, NC and Alton McCoy Jr of Texas; three sisters; Lorraine Williams, Georgetta Williams of Pinehurst, NC and Phyllis Terry of High Point, NC; A special sister-in-law; Jackie Smith of High Point, NC; Eighteen grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and other relatives and friends. "Cene" will truly be missed....It's impossible to explain the impact she had on the lives around her.
