Laquinton Pittman

August 12, 1988 — July 21, 2019

LaQuinton Eurkuo Pittman affectionately known as “Que” and “Smoove” departed this life unexpectedly on Sunday July 21, 2019. He was born August 12, 1988 in Marion SC to his parents Annette E. Marshall and Kowaski L. Pittman. He attended Guilford County schools and received his HS Diploma in Durham NC. Que was a jack of many trades holding down several job positions to make a way for his family. He worked in security, landscaping, handy work, and had a extreme passion for music, specifically singing. Recently LaQuinton started a clothing line entitled “Stack or Starve” which is a LLC he owned with a friend. He also embarked on a new journey as an entrepreneur as he was starting his own trucking company. He was a family man at heart, he loved to have a good time and had a huge love for his motorcycle. He was a standing member of the No Outsiders Motorcycle Club of Durham. LaQuinton was an incredible guy, an outstanding father, and will be tremendously missed.

He is proceeded in death by his paternal grandmother, Lizzie Pittman; his aunt, Tedra Williams  and his uncle, David Pittman.

Left to cherish his precious memories are his children whom he loved and treasured Jhirmaine Howard-Pittman & Jhirmani Howard-Pittman. His mother and father Annette Eason Marshall(Robert) and Kowaski L. Pittman (Samantha); his siste,r Lakeshia Eason (Jeremy Staggers); his brother, Quinton T. Jones; niece and nephew, Kiana and Jeremy Staggers II; grandparents, Linwood and Josephine Eason of Dillon SC; uncles, Linwood Jr (Kristle),Vincent, Jermaine (Tasha),and Rondell Eason(Ashley) all of SC; aunts, Georgene, Shay, Tequilla, and Kristen; his long time girlfriend, Brandy McLaughlin of the home and their expectant child; step-sisters, Latonya Marshall and Chemicka Rhoades. He shared a special bond with Qwamaine, Imani, Sharoya & K’Sean Alford, Steven Huggins, Laveesha Eason, Personna & Corey Russell as well as Jessica and Rico Bethea. LaQuinton is loved by a host of family, colleagues, and friends too many name. This is a great loss and He will be missed.
