Lacy Pemberton Jr.

Mr. Lacy Pemberton Jr, age 56, transitioned to his Heavenly home on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Hospice Home of High Point.  Lacy was born on August 1, 1960 to Lacy Pemberton Sr. and Bernice Threadgill Pemberton in High Point, NC. A resident of High Point all of his life, Lacy attended Guilford County Public Schools.

He was employed with various car dealerships as a Detail Technician. Lacy was a current member of Chosen Generation Outreach Deliverance Center.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lacy Pemberton Sr., three brothers and one sister.

Leaving to cherish his fond memories are his wife, Willie Mae Smith Pemberton of the home; his mother, Bernice T. Pemberton; six step-children; Erma Smith, Jamila Smith, Ali Smith, Martize Smith, Quincy Smith, and Christy Robertson; three sisters, Vanessa P. Medley, Linda Pemberton, and Elder Claudia (Grady) Johnson; one brother, William (Robin) Mathis; six grandchildren, Kamiya, Khalil, Tionna, Tia, Briana & Taleigha; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
