Kendrick Simmons

Kendrick Antwan Simmons, “Buddy” age 37 of High Point departed this earthly life on Monday, April 2, 2018.  He was welcomed into this world by Dorothy Simmons Moore and Walter Fuller on April 5, 1980 in Bennettsville, SC.

Kendrick graduated from Pleasant Valley High school and later attended Hampton College.  He was an awesome basketball player, very humble, kind hearted and most of all loving.  He was employed with StyleCrest Corporation.

Kendrick was preceded in death by his mother; grandmother, Alice Simmons and grandfather, Walter “Flucky” Jones.

His memories will forever remain with his loving and caring wife of four years, Felicia McFadden Simmons; his children, Kendrick Simmons Jr., Kennedy Simmons; one adopted daughter, Malahnee Simmons, Ashanti McKenney, Ikira Gentry; three step-children, Trevorri McFadden, Janasia Rorie, and Zavier Williams; father, Walter Fuller; grandmother, Emely Cole; two brothers, Carlos Pauling and Myers Prince; three sisters, Malika Fuller, Iesha Cooper and Nykima Futrell; three step grandchildren; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, cousins, in-laws and many dear friends.
