J.C. Washington Jr.

Mr. J.C Washington departed this earthly life on Wednesday September 20, 2017, at Hospice Home of High Point. He was born on December 14, 1952, in Richland County, SC to the late Eloise and J.C. Washington Sr.

J.C. attended and graduated from Andrews High School and later furthered his career at DCC College where he played basketball and achieved many rewards in sports. J.C was very athletic and loved to fish. He worked as a dock manager at National Building in High Point for 18 years.

J.C. was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Annie Sidle; four brothers, John, James, Thomas, and Roosevelt Washington.

Those left to cherish his loving memories includes, one daughter, Sabrina Davis of Greensboro; three grandsons, Amir, Ahmad and Aaron; five sisters, Maggie Byrd of Blywood, SC, Jessie McKenzie of Texas, Sarah Washington, Lola Riley and Bessie Rivers both of High Point; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
