Jack Carl Otte Sr., 73 passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018, at Hospice Home at High Point. Jack was born in Pittsburgh, PA on November 23,1944, to Auther Otte and Isabell Manning. He was employed as a school bus driver. He is survived by his daughter, Bernice Diaz of the home and other relatives and friends.
