Harriette Gray

Ms. Harriette Renee Gray known as " Renee" or " Blue" to her family and friends was called home to Heaven on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at Hayworth Cancer Center surrounded by love.

She was born to Harry L. Gray Sr. and Emma Lee Moore in High Point, NC. Renee graduated from T, Wingate Andrews High School in 1979. She later attented Brookstone College and recieved a degree in Fashion Merchandise, Business Adminstration and minor and Accounting. She served in the United States Army. She was employed with GSO-NDC as a mail handler. She was a faithful member of Solid Rock Baptist Church and Piedmont Temple #229 ( elks). Reness enjoyed reading, doing puzzles and Facebook.

She was preceded in death by her mother Emma L.Moore; her companion, Donald O. Armstrong; maternal grandparents-(that had her spoiled), paternal grandparents and one sister, Phyllis D. Fair.

Thos left in the sunshine of life to cherish her memories are; Courtney Gray, Brent Gray and I'Sean Macer all of the home; her father Harry L. (Becky) Gray Sr. of Durham, NC; her siblings, Harry L.(Maggie) Gray, Anita Cunningham, Truly Gray all of High Point, NC and Ricky ( Leigh Anne) Gray of Bardtown, KY; step-children, Brittany Jenkins of Jinesboro, GA, Ladonna J. (Richard) Lucas, Lachiesha J. (Clay) Wilson, Kelvin ( Tonya) Short and Kelly Ferree all of High Point ,NC; one aunt , Yvonne Moore of Concord, NC; the Armstrong family; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
