Earl Thompson Jr

Mr. Earl Frank Thompson, 61, of High Point departed this earthly life on Sunday, June 16, 2013, at Hospice Home at High Point.
He was born to Earl Frank Thompson Sr. and Mary Jane Brown Thompson. He was educated in Dillon County Schools.
Earl relocated to High Point and worked in the construction industry for many years. He was an outgoing person who always kept you laughing. One of his favorite saying was, "I know many trades, but the master of none!" He enjoyed traveling, collecting books, fishing and cooking.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a great nephew, Tadarius Thompson Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memories two brothers, James W. Brown of Wisconsin and Henry Thompson of High Point; three sisters, Vivian Taylor, Connie Thompson and Frances Thompson all of High Point.
Funeral Service will be 1:00pm Wednesday June 19, 2013 at Solid Rock Baptist Church 903 E Kearns Ave. Burial will follow in oakwood Memorial Park.
