On Thursday, May 18, 2017, Dewey Johnson Sr., age 49 departed this life at High Point Regional Health System. Dewey was born June 21, 1967, to Jessie Kollock and Eula Mae Johnson Livingston in Cheraw, SC.
He was a member of the Korner Boyz Motorcycle Club and loved motorcycles. Dewey was always the life of the party and enjoyed making people laugh. His hobby was fishing.
Dewey was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Vanessa Johnson.
His life, memories, and laughter will be remembered by his children, Latoya Harrington, Tiffany Harrington, Ebony Harrington, Dewey Johnson Jr., Jamilia Johnson, Jacinda Johnson, all of High Point, NC and Lancetausha Pouncy of SC; 19 grandchildren, one great granddaughter. four stepsons, and five step grandchildren; one brother, James (Lauren) Johnson and one sister, Mary McCormick all of High Point, NC; also, his only true love, Jean Maria Harrington who stayed by his side through it all; loving cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
