Carlos DeVega Hill Sr., 71 of High Point, NC, passed away on April 14, 2020, at White Oak Manor, in Burlington, NC. He was born on June 5, 1948, to Ernest Hill and Ruby Mae Moses. He was married to Patricia Hill who survives of the home. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
