Blossom King

Mrs. Blossom Billie King, age 66, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2016 at her residence.  She was born on October 18, 1949 in Sumter, SC to the late Frank and Inez Robinson Billie.

Blossom attended Sumter County public schools.  She was a former member of Mt. Pleasant UME Church in Panola, SC.  She was employed with Thomasville Furniture Company for 15 years.  Blossom was a wonderful person.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

In addition to her parents, Blossom was also preceded in death by one brother, Charles Billie and a sister, Lillian “Doll Baby” Billie.

She leaves to cherish memories to her husband of 45 years, James King Sr. of the home; two sons, James King Jr. and David (Sandra) King all of High Point; one brother, Clyde Billie of Thomasville; one sister, Rosa May of Colorado; one uncle, James Billie; seven grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
