Bertha Cook

Betha Ann Brannon Cook, 65, was born to Bertha May Traynham Brannon and Allen Brannon in Davidson County, NC on December 20, 1953.

She graduated from Ledford High School.  Bertha worked as a licensed cosmetologist for many years and later worked as a certified nursing assistant.

Bertha was a member of Clifton Grove Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; Ellen and Howard Traynham; Brother; Samuel Brannon; brother-in-law; Douglas Gadson and son-in-law; Christopher Council.

Her precious and loving memories will be cherished by her husband; Willie Junior Cook, of the home; Two daughters; LeQuinta Council of High Point, NC; Kimberly Jordan (Ronnie) of Orange Park, FL and Jerez Posey of High Point, NC; Loving brother; James Eddie Brannon of Davidson County, NC; Sister; Kathy Gadson of Clemmons, NC; Mother-in-law; Lola Brand, father-in-law; Willie Cook; brother-in-law; Carl (Brenda) Brand, Gary Brand and Anthony Nevis; sisters-in-laws; Ann Brannon and April Brand; Grandchildren; Shanea Williams; Brianna Williams; Shaaheen (Tamia) Council; Kamaria Williams; Jahaan Council; Jasir Posey; Juelz Posey; Jariah Posey; Great grandchildren; Kylie Mitchell and Nasir Council; One uncle; Jimmy Traynham; one aunt; Lorretta Brand and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
