Ben Williams

Ben Franklin Williams, age 74 of High Point, North Carolina, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Hospice Home in High Point, North Carolina. Mr. Ben was born in Marlboro County, South Carolina, on July 18, 1947, to the late Nelson Williams and Pearline Martin Williams. Mr. Ben met and was united with Veronica Cook where they resided together for 37 years. Mr. Ben was a kind and peaceful person who loved his fiancee, Veronica and their dog, Baby; he also had a special love for his nieces and nephews. He worked as a roofer most of his life. In addition to his parents, Mr. Ben was also preceded in death by his brothers, Abby James Reed, Joe Louis Williams, Lee Nelson Williams, and James Bobby Williams, and sisters, Mae Frances, Frances Mae, Rosa Lee Mack, Stacie Mae Fuller, and Nellie Mae Stuckey. He leaves to cherish his loving memories: his fiancé, Veronica Cook of the home; his dog who held a special place in his heart, Baby; one brother, Levi (Laura) Williams of High Point, NC; three nieces, Mary (Calvin) Kennedy, Janice (C.W.) Salley, and Barbara (Keith) Wingard, all of High Point, NC; special great nieces, Ashley, Latosha, and great nephew, Tyler; nephew, Willie Whitfield; and special friends, Scott Hoover, Tyrone Claggett, Shirley Whitfield, and Kathryn Whitfield; a host of other special nieces, nep[hews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
